A former rider expanded her brand of equestrian clothing after moving to a new base in County Durham.
Entrepreneur Jordan McCabe – winner of the 2018 North East Young Business Person of the Year award – started growing her own business when she was just 17, but officially launched the clothing business Aztec Diamond Equestrian in 2014, combining his love of horses with his passion for fashion design. .
Naming the business after her deceased horse, Ms. McCabe wanted to fill a gap in the market for accessible and affordable riding equipment, having struggled to find fashionable and practical clothing, as well as facing the financial challenges of the maintenance and competition of its horses. costs.
Since then, the 25-year-old has overseen the design and manufacture of seasonal ranges and now offers more than 100 products to customers around the world, and his popularity has led to articles in top fashion and industry magazines. .
