The fashion show industry is still starting to come out of the pandemic lockdown.

A designer hosts a drive-thru fashion show while moving forward after a great family loss. GLAUDI designer Johana Hernandez turns 10, but also pays tribute to her father who died of COVID-19.

Hernandez is from Downey and opened his first wedding dress store there. Now, the designer also has a boutique in Beverly Hills.

It is a family business with its father and mother having worked in the garment industry.

The drive-thru fashion show with 30 models takes place in Beverly Hills and will take drivers south on Rodeo Drive with a right turn onto Brighton Way, where Glaudi Beverly Hills is located.

The creator says, “We appreciate and regret the lives lost during COVID-19 and want to celebrate family during our show to remember our loved ones. Also, be inspired to celebrate again because you never know when it will be the last time. “

Hernandez will launch a new collection of men’s (and women’s) costumes with his father in mind. While she gained her fashion fame for her wedding dresses, she now designs for the man or the groom.

The driving fashion show is free and open to the public. RSVP information is on his Instagram page.
