The long-awaited first-ever National Youth Conference (NYC) hosted by the Department of Youth and Sports Development is in full swing with delegates from across the federation already converging on the nation’s capital, Abuja.

Moshood Abiola Stadium, whose velodrome is home to what promises to be a historic event, is already getting a new look as the planning committee puts the finishing touches to the branding of the venue and the access roads therein. lead.

The three-day conference, which is expected to be declared open by President Muhammadu Buhari, will bring together ministers and other government officials.
Different speakers, mostly young entrepreneurs, will have breakout sessions around the thematic areas of education, innovation and technology for youth development, politics, nation-building, peace and unity, security, sports and entertainment.
