Fresh2Death: STREETWHERE – a festival that grew out of a museum exhibit – will be held at Charlotte’s Camp North End from September 10-11 with fashion, art, culture, food, music, streetwear and retail in the historic Ford Building.

Davita Galloway and Dion Galloway, the siblings behind DUPP&SWATcurated the successful Fresh2Death exhibition at Currency Museum this year and attracted more than 1,500 participants.

Davita said that streetwear is a segment of the fashion industry that has been and remains very influential in pop culture, where its advantage and luxury are diverse in its implementation.

Dion said black male designers were chosen for the festival to make a statement because they are the face of hip-hop culture and fashion innovation.
