Dior Cruise 2023: a Spanish celebration

Presented in Seville, in the heart of the breathtaking Plaza de España, the Dior Cruise 2023 captures the essence of flamenco. Here, voluminous, puffy dresses and skirts take center stage, while structured shoulders and jackets make their glorious entrance.

A feast for the eyes, dramatic tones of red, deep gold and ivory echo the inspiration. The looks featured evoke Jackie Kennedy as she rode a horse with the legendary Duchess of Alba. In its entirety, the cruise collection captures the diverse representations of Spanish femininity.

The idol isn’t just set to play Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming biographical musical Elvis, but he is also now the new face of Cartier for North America. The 30-year-old Californian’s career is poised to reach supernova status, especially after the near-universal acclaim he received when the film premiered at festivals such as the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and the Festival International Film Festival of Guadalajara.

Classic and cool—like his approach to fashion—the talented actor walked the Cannes red carpet decked out in Cartier accessories: a Tank watch, a white gold Love Ring and a Juste un Clou bracelet.

Chloé partners with the World Fair Trade Organization

Chloe recently launched its first fair trade certified luxury bag with the World Fair Trade Organization. In partnership with a member of WTFO, Mifuko is a social enterprise that ensures fair compensation and safe conditions for its network. Ethically produced and handcrafted by 700 women in Kenya, the brand is launching four Woody Panier designs – tote and compact crossbody bucket – in two sizes and offered in the striped plain paper. Woody logo ribbon detailing and leather straps from Spanish manufacturer Chloe are then added to complete the design. If you look closely, each basket is unique and signed by the craftsman who wove the creation to perfection.

The Woody Panier collection is available in the CHLOÉ Pavilion store.
