Truly astonishing number of women never have sex in the morning

By on March 29, 2021 0

In my opinion, there are two types of morning people: those who are all “no talkie before coffee” and those who are ready to go at dawn. I fall into the former, and therefore being hot and heavy in the morning isn’t exactly the first thing on my radar when I wake up.

Well, apparently I’m not the only one, because more than 63% of women never have sex in the morning, according to a recent Mattress Advisor survey. (Yeah, like, never.)

Of the nearly 1,000 people questioned, 56% were women and 43% men with an average age of 36 years. All the participants were couples and lived with their partner.

They were asked how often they had sex in the morning, then separated into two groups based on their responses: those who reported having sex in the morning (even rarely) and those who said they never had sex. in the morning (63% of women and 37% of men). Interesting too? Participants who identified as heterosexual had morning sex less frequently per month than those who identified as bisexual or gay.

Of the women who skipped their am sesh, 50.7% said it was because they were “not in the mood”. While 35.6% of women said they didn’t have enough time, 34.2 said they didn’t like morning sex and 32.9 didn’t have enough energy.

In this same group, 51 percent of men said they would like to have regular sex in the morning, while only 20 percent of women said the same.

Participants said morning sex took them about 26 minutes on average.

It’s honestly a shame, because of the 37% of women who were all about this sex, more than 45 percent said it increases their daily productivity. Fifty-three percent of the men surveyed said the same.

In fact, on average, these women would sacrifice even 31 minutes of sleep for the morning action, while the men were willing to shell out more than 42 minutes.

Among the morning sex group, more men reported it as regularly part of their agenda than women (4.2 times per week vs. 3.1). Of course, even in this group, the weather was also a big factor – participants noted that morning sex took them around 26 minutes on average – so the majority of respondents said Saturday and Sunday were their best days to go. ‘take care of the sunrise.

And among all the participants, those who said they were satisfied with their relationship reported having more sex in the morning than those who said they were dissatisfied. Of course, there is no saying which came first, happiness or morning sex, but it is interesting food for thought nonetheless.

So, could starting your day with sex be the answer to productivity and joy? Maybe, but it all really comes out of personal preference. I mean, a solid agenda has a way of making a girl feel productive too, right?
